By engaging with Shaep, users can expect a holistic wellness program that includes monthly challenges, weekly schedules featuring nutrition and mindfulness components, aiming to drive motivation and accountability toward achieving desired results.

Highlights of a Shaep membership include full access to an extensive workout library, monthly challenges with live sessions, updated series every Monday, meditation and mindfulness resources, free recipe downloads and meal plans, as well as community support through a Private Whatsapp Group.

To unlock all the features and content offered by Shaep, users have the option to subscribe to Kelsey Rose's platform on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription managed within the app. Pricing may vary depending on the region and will be disclosed prior to purchase. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current cycle ends.

Subscription payments are processed through the iTunes Account and can be managed in the Account Settings post the initial payment. Renewals are charged at least 24 hours prior to the end of each cycle. Users forfeit any unused trial period upon payment, and cancellations are enabled by turning off auto-renewal.
